Sea lettuce

Sea Lettuce is one of my favorite ingredients I've been adding to top off my meals. With the crystal like bubbles frosted over the fleshy leaves and the salty taste with a hint of lemon it's like nothing you've ever tasted before. I love using local ingredients and Brian Harasha the owner of Jazi’s Greens always has fresh sea lettuce on hand.
