Chef Annamarie Greco is a dynamic, energetic, upbeat, and highly creative chef and restaurateur who loves to bring her passion for great food to everyone “around the table.” She grew up in an Italian family that was very passionate about food, and has carried that passion with her into her professional career as a chef.
Educated at one of the most excellent culinary schools in the country, The Culinary Institute of America in St. Helena California, and graduated with an Associate degree in Culinary arts in 2012.

Chef Annamarie Greco strives to source and deliver the highest quality ingredients in her culinary creations—from organically sourced produce to wild fresh fish and high quality meat.
Chef Greco has good relationships with local butchers, always knowing where the food comes from. She researches where to get the best produce and organic products.
The Culinary Institute of America
Chef Greco took numerous classes in nutrition at CIA. She is highly educated to accommodate any dietary needs and allergies, she is also trained to help assist with nutritional health goals.
